Article 1
This contract is an online sales contract subject to acceptance by Paul Brial and written under the terms of the legislation in force. This contract is for the sale of the products presented on the website
The contract will be formed between the customer and Paul Brial only upon receipt by the customer of a receipt of confirmation of the details of the order made on the site


Article 2
The validation of the order by the Customer implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer agrees to pay all the products ordered during the validation of the order. The sales contract imposes an obligation of means on the seller, so Paul Brial undertakes to deliver the items ordered by the customer to the postal services within the time limits announced at the conclusion of the contract. Paul Brial however reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.


Article 3
We strive to describe and present the products on our website with the utmost accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred regarding this presentation, the responsibility of Paul Brial could not be engaged. Each photo representing our products has been carefully selected to be the most representative. However, these do not enter the contractual field and are only indicative.


Article 4
All the prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€) All Taxes included (TTC), except participation in the expenses of treatment and of expedition which remain to the load of the customer (except occasional promotional operations). They are guaranteed subject to typographical or printing error. However, Paul Brial reserves the right to modify his rates at any time, without notice and without any possible compensation. In case of modification, items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order on the site and subject to availability.


Article 5
Validation of the order placed by the customer on the website constitutes acceptance of these General Terms of Sale. Once the order is validated the invoice is sent to the email address indicated by the customer when ordering, or its registration on the site. It is established according to the tariff in force on the day of the passage of the order. In the event of a material error when the customer enters his e-mail address, he has a maximum of 24 hours to contact the customer service to notify him of his errors and to send him his exact details. After this deadline, Paul Brial cannot guarantee that the modification will be taken into account.
However, Paul Brial reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or justified by these terms and conditions of sale.
The orders are validated by the procedure of the "double click": After having added to its basket the various desired products, the customer is invited to confirm a first time his selection before accessing the page relating to the payment on which he enters all the information needed to pay the asking price and validate it a second time. The data recorded by the seller constitutes proof of the nature, date and content of the contract.

Accepted means of payment are:

- Payment by Credit Card via Payplug, secure payment service with 3-D Secure. In this case, the customer is redirected to the PayPlug website to make the payment.


Article 7
The shipping costs vary according to the various delivery methods chosen and which are posted on the website
Exceeding these deadlines may in no case be held against Paul Brial, nor constitute a cause for termination of the contract, nor give right to any compensation for damages and interest.

We take special care in the preparation and sending of parcels; However, a defect may have escaped us. Therefore, upon receipt of the order, the customer is led to verify the conformity of the products received. If an anomaly concerning the product or the delivery (defective product, damaged or missing product is detected, damaged package) is detected by the customer, this one will have to notify it to the customer service of Paul Brial within 24 hours to counting from receipt. The customer may be asked to return the damaged parcel to Paul Brial. Once this prescription period elapsed, Paul Brial disclaims any liability.


Article 8
Although we strive to offer quality products, the customer may not be fully satisfied with the order and may want to return it partially or fully. Paul Brial wants to be as transparent as possible with his customers and wishes to specify here that the retraction is a right conferred by the article L120-20 of the code of the Consumption: Article L120-20: "the consumer (here the customer) has a period of seven clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, except, if necessary, the cost of return ".

The stamp of the Post Office or the date of the receipt of provision is the date of departure of this withdrawal period and its expiration makes any exchange or refund impossible. Damaged products, returned incomplete or dirty do not however exchanged or refunded.

In case of dispute between the parties, the Barcelos Court decides as a competent court, expressly waiving any other. In case of difficulty or claim on the occasion of an order, it is obviously preferable that the customer addresses the Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
